  • The Sri Yantra Painting Meditation

The Sri Yantra has a profound effect upon the person who draws, paints, or meditates on one. It helps to control the mind and the senses, as well as to create a high energy frequency which helps us transform the negativity of the surroundings into a more positive vibration. The base of our 3 Hours Workshop is a simple, yet powerful Affirmation Meditation to tune into the nine steps of the Sri Yantra. Using these affirmations helps to focus your attention and open portals to the hidden knowledge found within this ancient wisdom tool. During our In-Depth Painting Meditation classes we instruct new students in the art of designing an accurate Sri Yantra. The final painting process contains 9 levels of the Sri Yantra and are meditating on this aspect of the Divine Mother within ourselves while focusing on the exact chakra to purify ourselves from within.

    The Sri Yantra Drawing course

The Sri Yantra drawing course, based on the teaching of Paramahamsa Vishwananda are being offered to teach how to recognise and draw a precise Sri Yantra. Although many yantras exist, the Sri Yantra is considered the oldest, most powerful and most effective. Believed to contain the power of all creation, it is considered the true form of Divine Mother Herself. Our Sri Yantra drawing course is not just about drawing a Sri Yantra. Sri Yantra consists of 9 mandalas which help lead us towards the Divine. Ultimately, as Paramahamsa Vishwananda has explained, the whole universe is present in Sri Yantra. It is not so much about drawing and painting Sri Yantra on the outside, but more about engraving it into our energy system. It is a very deep process of self-transformation and rising towards the Divine. The final painting process contains 9 steps and takes place in silent meditation.
